Terms and Conditions
This competition is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United Arab Emirates at
the time of submission and aged 18 years or older at the time of submission (‘entrants’).
The competition starts on 1 January 2024 and closes on 29 February 2024 (promotional period).
After 29 February 2024, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. There is no
entry fee to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, entrants are indicating their agreement to be bound by these
terms and conditions.
Entrants should purchase the January/February issue of NOURISH magazine in Spinneys stores
or online during the promotional period.
For in-store purchases, the receipt (proof of purchase) should be uploaded after scanning the
QR code.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be
disqualified.
There is one (1) grand prize to be won over the promotional period. The winner will receive a
three-night stay for 2 adults.
This prize includes:

A three night’s stay at Le Méridien Maldives Resort & Spa for a couple in an overwater
villa
- Half board meal plan
- Black-out dates apply
The validity of the stay will be for one year from the time the winner is selected.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize does not cover
costs of international and seaplane flights, travel insurance or visas. The prize is not
transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable.
Winners will be chosen at random by software from all verified entries. Winners will be notified
by email and/or phone within 48 hours of the closing date.
Spinneys LLC will not be liable for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by entering
this competition or resulting from the acceptance, possession of use of the prize.
Spinneys LLC reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior
notice. If any changes are made, revised terms and conditions will be communicated as soon as
possible.
